For about one year ago I was looking for a good real time support for my webhost company, inleed.se. After some search on google I found Provide Support. After nearly one year of using their service I am still very satisfied. And yes, it support Linux and some random OS called Mac ofc Windows aswell.

The prices are low and they offer some different price plans. If you don’t have access to install the software on your computer you can just easily use their web consol.
